Open since 2010, Bikram Yoga The Gabba has been a sanctuary for people seeking strength, healing and clarity through the Bikram Hot Yoga practice. Owners Benn and Maddy began their Bikram Hot Yoga journey in Brisbane in 2005. Together they taught all over the world from 2007-2010 before moving back to Brisbane to open Bikram Yoga The Gabba. They are proud parents of four children.
Every teacher on their team has personally experienced the transformative benefits of Bikram Yoga—which is what inspired each of them to step into the role of teacher. They are here because they genuinely love the practice and believe in its power. Every one has completed the 9 week full time Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher Training course guided by Bikram Choudhury.

Benn is one of the world's most experienced Bikram Hot Yoga teachers. He has taught and managed at Bikram Hot Yoga schools in Dubai, USA, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, India and Australia. His understanding of the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Bikram Hot Yoga is profound. Benn has a background in coaching elite water polo athletes who have won Olympic medals. He thrives on encouraging people to challenge their boundaries to get the best out of themselves.
Maddy is one of the most highly regarded Bikram Hot Yoga teachers in the world. She has taught at Bikram Hot Yoga schools in Dubai, Singapore, USA, Thailand, India and Australia. She maintained a her Bikram Hot Yoga practice through all four of her pregnancies. Her technical understanding, attention to detail and execution in the yoga postures is inspiring. Maddy has a way of guiding your body and mind to places you never thought possible.
